Born in Barcelona, he holds an Executive MBA in International Business by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Saint Mary’s College, California. Initially, he studied a Degree in Industrial Electronics, but soon after he discovered his passion for cinema becoming his true vocation. Since then, after more than 20 years working in cinema and TV, he is one of the most prolific and well reputed line-producer in Spain, working both for national and international productions.

He is been also an EP in the features “Rastres de Sàndal” by director María Ripoll, “Tilt: Nos hacemos falta” by director Juanjo Giménez (Academy Awards nominee for “Timecode” in the Oscars 2017) or “Sin ti” (by Raimon Masllorens).
He is also been the EP of tv-series as “Pelotas” (José Corbacho y Juan Cruz, 2008-2010) produced by renowned company El Terrat.
Albert has been also the line producer of live action features as “Muse” (Jaume Balagueró, 2016), “Segundo Origen” (Bigas Luna and Carles Porta, 2014), “Perdona si te llamo amor” (Joaquín Llamas, 2013) or “El Greco” (Yannis Smaragdis, 2007).
Along with Nathalie Martinez, he was the line producer of the CGI animated feature “Animal Crackers” (Tony Bancroft, 2017), which visuals were completely produced in Spain. He has been working for several TV shows as well as the live action mini-series “Volveremos” (Felip Solé, 2011) and the tv-movie “Pacient 33” (Sílvia Quer, 2007), among many others.
